Shipping Policy

I currently ship physical products internationally. Once your order is placed, I will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods or for custom orders.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs clearance.

Returns Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase from Odinaddi. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@odinaddi.com within 14 days of receiving your order. I will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Once I receive the returned item and verify its condition, I will process your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital Products: Due to the unique nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once purchased. This means that all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the product listing carefully before making your purchase.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at hello@odinaddi.com with photos of the damage, and I will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund.
